“I feel strongly I have to communicate the extraordinary contribution Castlerock’s Drew Starr made to our organization in placing the new CEO of EBRHA.  His work was much more than ‘a placement.’  He greatly strengthened our organization.  Drew provided several outstanding candidates and, ultimately, our new CEO.  But even more impressively, he trained our CEO Search Committee and made the process seem natural and proceed smoothly.  He made it look easy, the mark of a true professional.

I also need to note how quickly he learned the important details of our association, our business and our organizational needs.  He went far above and beyond what would normally be needed to understand the position and find a candidate.  Drew seemed to grasp in a few weeks what has taken me much longer to understand about the association.  This ability to ask questions and learn quickly make him a very powerful asset to any organization that needs his skills to strengthen its staff.  He thinks and writes clearly, is extremely organized, and knows how to apply his expertise skillfully and tactfully.  Drew somehow managed to maneuver skillfully through the politics of the organization.  He was calm, quiet and extremely effective.
